Once I checked in to my room, it didn't look like it had been cleaned. The sink had something in it that looked like tobacco juice. There was also a bad smell, like mold or mildew. I left to run an errand and when I got back the door was open and someone was inside trying to clean the room. She was courteous and apologetic, but I'm wondering why they let me check in and give me a room that was obviously not clean... You get what you pay for.

A horrible place, super dirty, there are cockroaches.. and the cost is exaggerated for such a horrible place. Why aren't there more hotels that cost 150 dollars a night when I'm checking the page today, other days they charge $50? I feel cheated

very nicely maintained rooms. It’s very affordable price for 2 person it was only 75. Very helpful staff. Nice landscape outside of room easy access to highway 65. Very quite and clean rooms. I highly recommend SUPER 7

When we arrived we were given a key. This key would not unlock our room so each time we left we had to go by office and have them come and unlock our room. The motel people were real nice about it.

Where to start. We pulled up to Super 7. Went inside lobby. Well not really a lobby it was a 4 x 4 stuff, hot, smelly room. Waited a few minutes for an man whom spoke very little english. Took my driver license and walked away for like 5 minutes. Came back with a phone. Remember im in a small stuffy room and had to stick my head out the door to breath. Give me the phone and i had a hard time understanding the female on the phone. Finally, i realize they were not goibg to give me room. Told me to go to Motel 6 on Broadway Blvd. With no reason.
Now this is the first time i ever book with *********. im not happy with not receiving a phone call, text or email telling me i wont be staying at super 7.
Hotel com you must do better than this!!!
Is this normal business for you and your hotels booked through you???

During my visit to family I stayed for couple of days. I was so happy to have a room with microwave refrigerator. Very great location staff is awesome very friendly and always ready to make customers happy. Great customer service. I recommend Super 7.

It was raining and we had to make an emergency stop on the way home from Camdenton, Missouri to Kansas City, Missouri. They had a room for a good price and the room had comfortable beds. They were pet friendly thank goodness because we had our two small dogs. Would recommend!
