Hotel molto bello in un edificio storico ristrutturato; quasi impossibile, però, da raggiungere in auto: a parte l'isola pedonale il centro storico di Segovia è fatto di piccole strade molto strette con piazzette dove i parcheggi angusti sono quasi sempre tutti occupati. La struttura è molto bella, ma necessariamente le stanze sono abbastanza piccole (almeno la nostra). Personale molto accogliente e disponibile.

I was at Hotel Spa La Casa Mudejar for two nights. On the positive side: the hotel is very well positioned in the city centre pedestrian area, very close to Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. Free wi-fi was good. Staff were helpful. The bed was comfortable enough. Air conditioning was not noisy. Breakfast was OK. On the negative side: My room was very dark, I needed the lights turned on also during the day. There was no view from the room, apart from four walls of an internal small courtyard. The rays of the sun never reached my room, and there was a faint musty smell both in my room and throughout the hotel. The bathroom had an antiquated and uncomfortable shower-in-tub. Air conditioning could not be managed from the room, I needed to call the reception every time I wanted to turn it on/off or to increase/decrease temperature. Breakfast was in general OK, but there were no fresh eggs (scrambled or fried), only egg/potato pie. Sausages, bacon, egg/potato pie were not kept warm, so unless you happened there when they arrived from the kitchen, then you had to have them cold.

Very charming place, very good location, we traveled by train from Albacete and it was very comfortable. We loved the room with a balcony, with good views and very quiet and clean. The staff is wonderful, especially the girls at the reception who are lovely. There is a restaurant where you eat very well. Without hesitation we will repeat on our next visit.

Everything was very good, the staff was very friendly, the room is good and ideal for resting, it had views of the Jewish quarter. We also liked the SPA, which was very nice and has everything even though it is small, perhaps the pool water could have been a little warmer and there was a hot stone sun lounger seat turned off so I took turns with my partner. The only thing that caught our attention about the room is that you cannot control the temperature, if you need it to be varied you must call reception. The exceptional situation, they park your car in a parking lot with which they have an agreement if you need it, although we were lucky and parked in a free area, we had little luggage so we didn't mind walking for about ten minutes. Thanks to the hotel staff for their attention.

Small room, with a magnificent terrace and a view of the cathedral. Very very pleasant, full of charm. We have good memories of it, the spa is very pleasant. The city of Segovia is very beautiful, but you have to be very careful with the parking meter because they are unforgiving.
