Otel keyifli, çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Restoranın şıklığı oteli gölgede bırakıyor. Restoranda yemek yedikten sonra otelden, odalardan ve hizmetlerden beklentiniz artıyor ancak otel bunları pek sağlayamıyor. Odaların açıldığı yeşil alanda bulunmak hem gece hem de gündüz cok keyifli.

Hotel reception was quite poor. When we said we wanted to drink our wine in the lobby, they said they would give it at the Restaurant price instead of the retail price. We had to because there was no substitute place around. The restaurant price was unnecessarily expensive. We even had to pour the wine we paid twice as much into the glass ourselves. The other issue that bothered us was that a desert dog around the hotel was starving. It is very annoying that the hotel is so insensitive. We had cat food in our vehicle, so we gave it to him. Even if the leftover food from the restaurant is given to the animals, they will not be in that state. I don't think I will visit such an insensitive business again.

We liked the hotel's architecture, location and rooms very much. The staff is caring and friendly. The dogs from the nearby shelter are wandering around, but they are calm and friendly, and they make you love them. The food in the restaurant is delicious. We already liked their wines very much. Our favorite is Vindemia Güz (Bornova Misketi) for whites and Pythagoras (Cab. Sav. Merlot, Cab. Franc, Petit Verdot) for reds. I recommend it wholeheartedly.
