New Year in the Art Hotel
We had a wonderful stay over the New Year week , beautiful rooms with amazing views of the Dolomites. Super food in the restaurant & great staff throughout the hotel. Good shuttle service to the slopes the ski bus stops are immediately adjacent the entrance to the car park.

Great service, great hotel
We had a wonderful stay here during our time in Val Gardena. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. The double rooms with a sharef bathroom was perfect for saving some money, but still having our own space.
Breakfast was really good on the days we could have it (it starts at 7am which is kind of late for us so sometimes we had already left for the day). They also have cake and snacks every afternoon/evening.
We were always able to get parking in the front parking lot which was easy.
The only thing I didn't like about the hotel is that they didn't have self service laundry. They do have laundry service, but we paid 80 euros for a week's worth of laundry for 4 people and it would be nice to just be able to do it ourselves to save time and money.

Hotel 4 Stelle ? Giudicate voi. Agosto 2024, costo giornaliero della camera matrimoniale, colazione inclusa, € 350,00 ed un supplemento di € 35,00 per un cane di piccola taglia. Di seguito elenco i disservizi che ci porteranno ad escludere questa struttura in futuro: - Al nostro arrivo ci è stato indicato un carrello per portare i nostri bagagli in camera, al quarto piano, tramite ascensore, senza il benché minimo aiuto del personale. Stessa procedura al momento del check-out; - Nonostante i 35 euro giornalieri richiesti per il cane, in camera non vi era neanche una ciotola per l’acqua figuriamoci se poteva essere fornita una brandina dedicata; - Nessun tipo di indicazione riguardo i numeri di servizio né il consueto taccuino; - In bagno non era presente alcun prodotto per l’igiene personale, il “KIT di cortesia”, così da loro ribattezzato, comprendente saponetta, shampoo, bagno schiuma, ecc. viene fornito gratuitamente(ci mancherebbe altro) solo su richiesta; - La camera era munita del frigorifero ma completamente vuoto, eventualmente rifornito solo su richiesta; - In camera nessun dispositivo per potersi preparare un caffè o un tè. Quest’ultimo, richiesto una sera presso il bar interno, ci è stato addebitato sul conto (€ 6,00); - Area dedicata alla Colazione povera, sia per il salato che per il dolce. Per chi predilige la colazione italiana era presente un ciambellone, alcuni piccoli cornetti farciti e lo strudel. Caffè o cappuccino non vengono serviti dal personale ed hanno una macchina elettronica che può essere utilizzata self-service; - Il parcheggio dell’hotel ha solo sedici posti, pochi confronto al numero delle camere presenti nella struttura, di conseguenza spesso abbiamo dovuto parcheggiare sull’altro lato della strada in parcheggi pubblici a disco orario. Servizi praticamente inesistenti. Abbiamo utilizzato la camera come dormitorio, godendoci poi il meraviglioso territorio.

Un’esperienza meravigliosa, hotel bellissimo con tutti i comfort, camere spaziose e pulitissime, la cucina superlativa, la bellissima spa e gli spazi all’aperto con idro e giochi per i bambini con vista Dolomiti hanno reso eccellente il nostro soggiorno. Staff cordialissimo e molto organizzato, soprattutto Erik è stato un concierge perfetto e impeccabile, disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglieremo a tutti la struttura.

Tout était bien, la chambre, la restauration avec son beau buffet au petit déjeuner ainsi que un petit goûter après le ski et un dîner à 5 plats excellent, le spa et ses deux jacuzzi extérieurs, le ski bus de l hotel, le personnel au petit soin.

Отличный отель!Сначала показалось,что он неудачно расположен,но рядом пешеходная дорожка:метров 800 Сельва и в другую сторону,метров 800 Санта Кристина.Что касается ужинов,это 10 из 10,полноценный Мишлен ресторан.

Es war wirklich ein Schöner Aufenthalt! Besonders der Service war überragend und immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen ist auch vielseitig und gut. Abends gibt ein ein festes Menü, allerdings werden auf Nachfrage Alternativen angeboten, das habe ich sehr geschätzt! Auch Hunde sind willkommen (nicht nur geduldet). Das Hotel ist bis auf eine kleine Eingangstreppe Barrierefrei, aber dort wurde mir als Rollstuhlfahrerin sofort geholfen (das Badezimmer ist nicht Barrierefrei). Auch sonst wurde mir zu jeder Zeit respektvoll Unterstützung angeboten. Jeder Zeit wieder! Danke an das wundervolle Team!
