I asked workers to change my room because my room was too noisy due to the live music in front of the hotel. The receptionists instantly addressed the issue and introduced a new quiet room.
And I asked to finish the laundry earlier than usual because I needed to leave the hotel earlier to catch the flight. And, the receptionist also handled this quickly and delivered laundries on time.
I can't appreciate enough their service and hospitality.

This hotel wins because of its position in the middle of the city. But the breakfast menu is messy. So salty. It looks like they are not ready for the high season. When you want CI and CO the administration takes a really long time. We waited in the parking lot for up to 60 minutes

The hotel lobby is ok, the breakfast is decent but there aren't too many choices of stalls. The buffet food is just ordinary. The rooms are big, the furniture is ordinary, the TV signal is not good. Old building that has been renovated. The lobby and rooms are comfortable, clean, have been renovated, only the hallway still feels like an old building...The service is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast has lots of choices but in my opinion it's just B for the taste
