Traveling with my mom. Room was fairly decent size- love the available bath products and face care products at the lobby. The bathroom was also clean. Great view out the window. Staff were a little inexperienced with requests to ship luggage to another hotel however and forgot to give receipt. I also cannot read or write japanese but was asked to put the address down myself- at other hotels the concierge wrote the address for us.

A cute room with wooden floors. It's close to the station, so there's no need to check in at the front desk when you go out, and you can just drop the key off in the return post box when you check out, so it was very easy to get in and out.
