The hotel is located near Sendai station, just about 5 min. walk. However, the hotel sign is not prominent. For others hotel, you can see the hotel name at the top of the building and find them easily, this hotel you have to walk with gg map. The staff were not at the lobby when we checked out. And they have no luggage deposit service. There was a sign saying you can leave the luggages at the lobby but they are not responsible of it. (meaning, you can leave it, but if it’s lost, not our business)

Very nice hotel, I'm very satisfied. I would love to stay here again if I have the chance.

Nice to stay and good location.

I stayed here while sightseeing in Sendai. The lobby was bright and open, and the staff were polite and friendly. The room was also well-cleaned, making for a comfortable stay. I really liked the breakfast buffet. Each dish was carefully prepared and tasted delicious. My favorite is the French toast. When you order, they cook it right in front of you, and it was cooked to just the right degree and the inside was soft and creamy. The sauces were all delicious, too. It was the most delicious buffet I've ever stayed at in a hotel! Thank you for the meal. I'll definitely use it again when I visit Sendai again.

First of all, the location is a 10-minute walk from Sendai Station. Since many food and shopping places in Sendai are located at Sendai Station, it is very convenient. Although there is no parking lot, there are many paid parking lots nearby. We parked in the parking lot next to the hotel, which is also very convenient. It's just that many service staff here don't speak English, and we don't speak Japanese, so it's a bit troublesome to communicate with others, but the attitude of the service staff is very good. The room is big enough and clean, with good sound insulation, and it's very comfortable to live in. The front desk is fully equipped with supplies

The space of the room is quite large. But I hope there are more hooks in the bathroom area and near the washbasin to make it easier to use~ #We live in a triple room. If there is a sliding door between the toilet and the room, it will be more convenient to use!

The hotel is in a good location, in the city center, right outside the subway station. If you walk from Sendai Station, it's about 15 minutes away. I happened to meet a ********* guy at the front desk, who can provide Chinese services. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. There are many Japanese food stores downstairs, but the prices are expensive. The room is nice and clean. The soundproofing is a bit poor. It's all young people living there, so it can be a bit noisy at night. If you want to send a package, just put it in the lobby and cover it with a net. It's not recommended to send valuables because no one will check the package. It all depends on self-consciousness.

Very good accommodation experience 👍 There is plenty of space for two suitcases in the room. The room has twin beds, which are comfortable to sleep in. Air machines and aromatic sprays are provided. Toiletries are available in the lobby, and even bathrobes are provided. The bathroom has a bathtub. The check-in service is very warm, and you can also use express check-out when checking out (the room card is lost in the check-out box in the elevator) It's a pity that I didn't have the opportunity to pay extra for breakfast this time. I will definitely try it next time I stay here. It is very close to the back station of Sendai Station and just close to Hanamaki Bus Stop. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it a convenient area.

It was a great hotel! The price, location, and cleanliness were all great! The breakfast was especially delicious, and I was so happy that they also had zunda mochi! I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Sendai!!!

Simple style hotel. Second stay, was arranged a large room, king size bed, two people sleep no problem, large space for three people should not be a problem. High CP value, excellent location, just lacking a large bath.

The breakfast is delicious. The price is reasonable. The room is very clean It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the hotel from the back station of Sendai Station Because it is a newly opened hotel, the rooms are very new. There's FamilyMart downstairs and Lawson diagonally across the street.

I have to say here that the hotel is still under renovation. On the first day of check-in, I was given a floor that was under renovation. The toilet in the room was locked. I immediately went to the front desk to negotiate for a room change, but the response was that there were only smoking rooms. An elderly-looking person at the front desk said with a stern face that I didn't agree and couldn't get a refund. Then after about half an hour of use, they said they had it. It was a terrible first experience and I would not choose it again.
