Convenient location near the shopping district with lots of food options nearby.

The room is rather small. All and all the experience is average.

Nice stay

The service staff at the counter were quite polite. The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can go downstairs to the shopping street and there is a drug store on the left. It is very easy to buy. Recommend it to everyone!

The room was clean, but the facilities were old and the bathroom was particularly small. Also, I was concerned about the smell in the elevator and hallway.

It is very close to Sendai Station and there is a lively shopping street nearby. Although the hotel reception is on the second floor and you need to carry your luggage up there, the hotel staff and hotel facilities are great! It's very clean and I'm very satisfied. It's no problem for a girl to live alone. I will come again next time if I need it!

Located along Sendai City's Chuo-dori Arcade, it is ideally located for access to JR and subway stations as well as downtown areas. The affiliated parking lot is also nearby and convenient! The room is also minimal, but the Simmons bed is extremely comfortable. This is a hotel I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.

I think it's very good considering it's near the station and the price is low. The employees were also very kind. However, the front desk is on the second floor and you have to climb the stairs, so it may be a little difficult for people with a lot of luggage or heavy luggage.

Although the facility itself is a little old, it is located in an arcade and is very convenient as it is close to Sendai Station. Unfortunately, there was some dirt on the floor of the guest room and something stuck to the wall of the unit bath.

I haven't cleaned the bathroom so my hair is all over the place... Even though the inside of the bathroom door was dirty, I was able to get it off by blowing on it a little, but I never thought they would clean a hotel. I was very disappointed because it was expensive for a weekend stay. There was coffee service, but there was no lid to take it back to the room.

Although it was my mistake, I was unable to stay the night of my stay because I had the wrong date of stay by one day. There were no rooms available that day, so I was introduced to a affiliated hotel, but it was more than three times the price, so I stayed at another hotel. I paid in advance by card, but it was not refunded. If you only made a reservation and couldn't come on the day, you would definitely be contacted, but perhaps because the payment had already been made, you didn't receive a confirmation, and I found out when you tried to check in on the day. It's a terrible hotel. I will never use it again.
