Excellent stay experience in Sendai. A bit walking distance but does not change the greatness of it.

Pretty good for the price and its location. It's walkable from the Shinjuku Station's new wing (around 10min walk) and highway bus terminal.

All are good. Only one thing. Sleep with two little tiny pillow is very uncomfortable

The hotel facilities and environment are very good, and the location is very convenient, 7 minutes walk from Sendai Station. It is close to the station, but very quiet, without the noise of the train. The only drawback is that the introduction says that the front desk has Chinese service, but in fact the front desk only has Japanese and English service.

The room is right opposite the staff tool room, which is a bit noisy. The shower head is old and the water does not flow smoothly. Others are good.

It's quite far from the station, and there are many Shizi Roads, so it's not easy to get around. The room is large, but there is no washing machine, which is surprising. Good service

The waiter had a bad attitude, was sarcastic and very unprofessional. The room smelled bad. The breakfast was monotonous and had no variety.

This time I went by car, and the parking lot was good because you can enter and exit freely within 24 hours and the price is the same. Sendai Station was also conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk away. The front staff was very responsive and it was a pleasant stay. I want to use it again.

The hotel has a very good environment and is close to Sendai Train Station, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk. The area around the hotel is relatively secluded. There are 7-11, FamilyMart, Lawson and other convenience stores and restaurants within a few minutes' walk to the east of the hotel. The hotel is within walking distance to Northeastern University to the west, where there are many relics of Lu Xun's study abroad. The AEON Sendai store is also within walking distance and has a lot of products on sale. The front desk service is warm. During my stay, I needed to contact Kirin Sendai Factory by phone to participate in engineering studies. Ms. Kikuchi at the front desk called me on my behalf to communicate repeatedly and confirm various details, which was particularly helpful. It's thoughtful, meticulous, and moving.

excellent! The hotel's location is super close to Sendai Station, but you won't hear the sound of cars passing by! ! Go out from the east exit and turn right on a straight road. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk. The room is very clean and quiet, and the room service is very attentive. I am embarrassed that I always have a lot of discarded household garbage, but I have to clean it up one by one. So if I go to Sendai, this is definitely my first choice! ! Plus, most importantly, living here means far more to me than whether I like it or not. I came to Sendai because of Yuzuru, so it makes no sense not to choose something related to ANA~😂

Overall it's good, but a bit worse than a pure Japanese hotel
