Perfect location! Very kind and clean. The room size is pretty small. But all others are absolutely excellent.

It was a great experience! My children really love there stay at the hotel, the food was great, very healthy and very near to all the places that we wanted to go! 🥰 The hotel is very clean, I love bed very comfortable❤️

Well above the average and value for money. Breakfast is of high standard and pretty fine for five nights stay. Btw, they asked me to check in and check out for my stay. I then asked to cancel all my bookings then this is no need. Kind of **** for the hotel management.

We stayed here for 2 nights with 4 single rooms. The rooms are very clean and convenient. We loved this hotel very much because it’s near a lot of shopping centers and Sendai Station especially, we enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel canteen very much . We enjoyed free ice cream , soft drink and coffee while we stayed here . So, Thumb Up ! for all good services.

Go straight out of the west exit of Sendai Station, go down the stairs after crossing the connecting bridge, and the hotel is at a traffic light. The front desk is on the fifth floor. There are free noodles and drinks in the evening. There are free samples of facial masks, bath salts, lotions and emulsions at the front desk. The room is fast and clean, the breakfast is rich, the service staff is friendly, much more friendly than big cities like Osaka. I am very satisfied and will stay here again next time. I can get a proof of accommodation.

I am a loyal user of Richmond. I have stayed in Richmond in many cities. This one in Sendai also maintains the consistent standards of Richmond. It is close to the station and there is a convenience store not far downstairs. In addition, the hotel also provides free ice cream, drinks and soba noodles, which taste pretty good. This is more generous than the Richmond in Tokyo. Maybe it's because it's a small place.

I stayed in the best hotel in Japan for 14 days. It's not the most expensive, but the services and facilities are very user-friendly. I will definitely come back in the future.

The reception staff were always smiling and very helpful. I'm grateful that they were so kind as to help me store my luggage before check-in and arrange my room. The late-night snack and beer service was also very good. I'd like to use this service again.

Compared with Tokyo, Sendai in China is too quiet, and the temperature is about the same as Qingdao. I went to Tohoku University, where Mr. Lu Xun once studied medicine, and to Matsushima. Sendai is very beautiful, clean, and the people are warm.
