Toyoko Inn Sendai-eki Nishi-guchi Chuo Reviews

It was a short walk from Sendai station. There were plenty of restaurants around. As it was located on the main road, the room facing the street can be a little noisy from the cars. Rooms are typical Japanese size, so not very big.

It was a very crowded day, but everyone was so kind and nice. It was a shame that I couldn't use the coin laundry as there seemed to be a lot of club students staying there.

部屋はきれいでした。が、朝食時間激混み。座る場所を探すのも朝食持ち子連れには一苦労でした。もう少しおかずの種類あるとも思ってました。

有附早餐C P值很高的飯店，地點也很好，房間也不錯 還可以累積住房次數，推薦給不是一定要住豪華飯店的旅人！

Just incase anyone is wondering, this hotel does have parking available but it is not free. It costs 1,000 yen per night. Good breakfast buffet and quiet hotel.

I am satisfied with the cleanliness and thoroughness of the cleaning. It was also very nice that breakfast was included. However, you have to pick up your own toiletries and gowns next to the front desk, but at check-in, there was no explanation about breakfast or anything, so I had to go all the way to get them, so I would like to see an improvement in that area.

It's very convenient as it's close to Sendai Station. The room was clean and the front desk staff was courteous. There is no waste if you take the necessary amenities yourself. The price is reasonable and I would like to use it again.

Amenities were prepared separately in the lobby rather than in a set in the room, so I was able to take only what I needed. I thought it would be a waste if the set included things that other facilities don't use, so I'm glad I didn't waste it.

It was close to the station, and the hotel itself was in an easy-to-understand location, so when I went out, I didn't have to worry about getting back home. The parking lot is also quite cheap and reasonable compared to others. If I have a chance to go to Sendai, I would like to use the West Exit Central.

アプリを通じて予約したが、子供の宿泊がカウントされておらず、子供の分のバスタオルを頼んだら、本来なら一人様の宿泊なので準備することは出来ないとか、ホテル側には落ち度はない様な対応をされて感じが悪かった。

駅からも徒歩5分くらいで、近くには飲食店もあり便利が良かった。室内も清潔でエレベーターも2台ありスムーズで良かった。朝は近くを散策するのにチェックアウト前に荷物を預かってもらえて良かった。朝食無料サービスも助かる。

部屋入口の扉が閉まりが悪くオートロックが作動しない。 シャワー蛇口から若干の水漏れあり。 朝食会場で働いておられる方の挨拶が気持ちよかったです。
