Front staff very friendly Too much dust in the room. Dust accumulated on the hanger rods, so I took out the hangers and clumps of dust. I was surprised by the amount of hair on the pillow on the bed. It's inconvenient as there is only one outlet on the table under the study next to the TV. The shower water pressure in the shower is too low Shelf and faucet have a lot of water stains, so future management is urgent. Location. Staff friendliness is very satisfactory

Nice hotel located near quite a few attractions in Seogwipo. The room was clean and the breakfast was decent. The bed was quite soft and comfy. The view from the ocean view room is amazing. There’s also the option to go on the rooftop and take some photos of the amazing scenery. I’d book again without any hesitation.

The upper floors overlook the sea. This time I was participating in the UTMB Jeju Island Cross Country Race, so I chose a hotel closer to the World Cup Stadium. Very clean. Next time if you want to play casually. You should choose a hotel on the coast.

The resort is spacious and comfortable, but why there are no toiletries? The surrounding environment is particularly good. Jusangjeollidae is very close and can be walked over. It's nice to walk around and watch the scenery.

There was not too much amenities. The hostel garden or exterior interior was good. But there may be a little noise when you stay in front of the elevator. Bedding is clean and the room is clean! A lot of towels are lacking. Four small towels for four people a day are finished. Additional towels are 500 won per sheet. I think it would be nice if there was a big towel ~

Overall, my stay was satisfying. The bed was comfortable, the view from my room was delightful, and both the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel met my expectations. However, there’s room for improvement when it comes to service. While I appreciate the effort of the reception staff using a translator to communicate, it would have been more reassuring if they were proficient in English. Their evident annoyance at language barriers slightly marred the experience. I hope the management considers training in this area to further enhance guest interactions.
