3개 레일중 1개의 레일만 사용 가능했습니다.
아무런 공지없이 갑자기 현장에서 안내해주더라고요.
한 30명이... 한 레일만 사용했습니다. 카메라도 찍지말라고 하면서 다른 사람들 찍어도 제제도 안하고..
수영장은 완전 최악중의 최악이었습니다.
아 타임도 하루에 한타임 딱 이용할 수 있습니다~~ㅋㅋㅋ

전반적으로 좋았어요 객실 예쁘고 깨끗하고 룸서비스도 좋았고 쿠키 엄청 맛있었어용 조금 애매한 위치랑 불친절한 직원 몇몇 빼고는 완벽했던 곳~~ 덕분에 행복한 크리스마스 보냈어요

호텔 위치 접근성은 좋았음. 하지만 도로가 바로 옆에 있어 시끄러움. 또한 엘리베이터 이용이 매우 어려움. 아침 퇴실 시간이나 조식 이용 시 매우 불편함.
5성 호텔이지만 시설 측면에서 아쉬운 부분이 너무 많음. 다음에는 이용이 어려울 것으로 예상됩니다.
