Apart from the location, it's great value for money!
The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is quite cheap.
The problem is that it takes about 30 minutes from Seoul Station, and then you have to walk for more than 15 minutes from the station. Also, there were no restaurants nearby that Japanese people could easily go to, and the entrance to Lotte Market was difficult to find, so it was quite difficult.
I recommend this hotel to those who have visited Korea many times and want to get a cheap place to stay by having dinner at least in Yeongdeungpo, Sindorim, or Guro.
