A small, cute, cozy family hotel. Completely new, modern design, snow-white bed linen, lots of consumables, tea, coffee. I really liked that there was a professional hair dryer in the room. We took a standard room. The reception staff are very nice, they always come to help with any question, Olya is a nice girl who speaks Russian, the owner of the hotel kindly drove us back and forth to the beach. The next day we walked to the beach (45 minutes). When leaving, a free shuttle appeared (to the beach at 10:00, back at 19:00), we did not use it, but it is there. Breakfast is a weak link, but there is a wonderful store 101 nearby. If you want your own car - this is a great location, we had problems with taxis, the hotel is not on the map, mark the market - and then no problem. I repeat, the hotel staff tries very hard and always helps with everything. Wonderful clean pool, you can swim until night, new sun loungers

Booked a hotel for 4 days while in Istanbul. Upon arrival at 6 pm, with a huge smile, I was given a room on the 1st floor with a wildly humming oversized air conditioner at the level of the balcony. Just a nightmare. With my polite refusal, they showed me another room, in another place, also on the 1st floor. Also without a view, which I personally do not need. But what a musty, vile smell it was in it .. Again, he refused. The third room was both smelly and with the same air conditioning, 2 in 1. The reception is trying to explain that the hotel is completely full, it's a real overbooking. I'm angry. I had to spend the night in a room at least without noise, writing to Trip.com. The next day I received a more or less acceptable room, albeit without a view, thanks to the support. Hotel food 4+. You won't leave hungry, but the choice is not like the cool five. The waiters are polite, some of the countries of the former CIS, mostly friendly. They also make guzleme in the morning, in the evening they roast meat on the street, well, nothing like that. The pools are ok, the sunbeds by the pool and on the beach are also good. I won’t say about children’s animation, there is volleyball, animation by the pool is rather weak, but few people need it and it’s not so important. There is ice cream, but it is very unobtrusive, it is difficult to find it, not in sight, and the ice cream man 15 minutes before the “lights out” can lie that it is over. The gym is average, but you can keep fit who knows the features of multifunctional simulators. Outside the gate, there is nowhere to go but the bazaar. Bazaar .. the taste and color .., everything is as usual - consumer goods of Turkish production. Go 1 time for 20 min. As a result, a hotel with insufficient efficiency of the air conditioning system and a very simple design of the rooms. Very tired. If it's cheap, you can play the lottery. If there is something with a good rating 10-15% more expensive, then there is a reason to consider something else.

Belek Golf Area
We just came back from this resort. We spend 10 days there. The resort is wonderful, all staff are very friendly and very helpful. We stayed in a family room which had a small balcony too and it was near by the relax pool which is for adults only.We stayed by the pool quite a lot but didn't go to the water too much as it was quite cold. The resort has a main restaurant and a couple of speciality restaurants but you have to pay for some of them. The restaurant has a buffet and it's open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and it has a lot of options.every night is a different theme,so we had Turkish night, fish night ,Italian and many more.We always sat at the same table and we had the same waiter Hasan who was very good and always remembered what drink we have usually. He was very hardworking, polite, friendly and really nice.As I am vegan,I had some nice meals over there but my only problem was that they didn't have any vegan desserts. It was so unfair to see all those nice cakes every night and I had to eat baked fruit or just fruit.Once I asked the chef but he didn't understand me and sent me to another one who did not understand me either and asked me if I speak German or Dutch. Finally the third one came and he brought me out some chocolate cake which you could have in the coffee shop but wasn't anything special.I'm sure these chefts can make a nice vegan cream cake,or panna cotta with vegan milk,or cupcakes, cheesecake which I can make it at home.I really hope that they will change this and they will make at least one vegan cream cake for dinner or lunch. We would come back to this resort for sure. The resort is beautiful and very clean. The staff works very hard to mantain the gardens and everything else. The sea was very warm and we spent a lot of time on the beach. There is a bus which goes from the hotel to the town Kadriye where is the bazaar on Tuesday and the Land of Legends theme park and shopping mall. The bus cost 1 euro but it's very packed so we had to take the taxi back to the hotel as we had a few bags to carry. The airport is about 30-40 mins from the resort,it depends on the traffic. The entertainment was great every night and I had a massage on my birthday which was awesome too.Generally it was a very good and clean resort and we would come back again but mostly if they will make some vegan cakes and maybe some sorbet or ice cream too.Thank you for the great experience and thank you to all staff for their hard work.
IQ Belek Resort

I have visited Turkey 3 times now, the last 2 times to different places but due to the pandemic they were closed so I selected the IQ Belek as it was all inclusive and as a solo female traveller it's generally better to be in this style resort. I arrived late at night, staff are in reception 24 7 so there was no issues. Lots of staff speak some English which was fabulous. I never expect anyone outside of England to speak English so this was a bonus. I was shown to my room and shown how to use my key card and the Aircon, which was a definite plus! It's an absolute essential, it's effective and nice and quiet too. The room, large real king-size bed, not twins stuck together. Lovely clean bedding and firm pillows. As is the tradition, there were thick cotton weaved blankets, trust me you don't need anything more, it's warm enough no duvet is required and once you find your ideal Aircon setting it's more than adequate. Bed was very comfortable and the curtains nice and thick so no light leaks. There is a mini fridge in the room and water is put in it every day for you. I selected what was described as a double for solo use, it was well sized with a little balcony that looked out over the amusement park behind. The bathroom was good, shower has a main shower head overhead and a shower attachment too. Ideal if you don't want a full on soaking. Toiletries provided in the room included soap, shower cap, shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Plenty of towels, 2 large bathsheets, 2 lare hand/hair towels and 2 smaller hand towels and slippers in a netted bag for use too. I was given a towel card, this is exchanged at the spa for a large blue beach/ pool towel. You can change them as you wish in the spa so if you want a fresh towel you just go to the spa and swap it for a clean towel. I visited the spa twice while I was there. Once for a Turkish foam massage and face massage and then again for a face shoulder massage and foot massage. Definitely an experience!! I slept like a log afterwards and my skin squeaked I was so clean! The cleaning staff visit every day and empty the bins and replenish any toiletries and remake your bed and give the room a sweep and wipe through. If you leave towels on the floor they are replaced. The room was fully cleaned a few times which on top of regular daily visits I think is more than enough. They visit around 11-1 each day. The restaurant exceeded my expectations. I visited out of season but it still provided a full service each meal time. Due to covid staff fill your plates for you with your selections. Breakfast has a mix of hot foods, some days including scrambled eggs, toasties, sausage mix, and then cold platters of cheeses meats and breads along with cereals and fruit. Lunch had a selection of around 6 hot dishes with accompanying rice and pasta and potato dishes, a full salad bar with dips and oils and sauces, fruits and then the most amazing cake bar I've ever seen. Evening meal again a selection of hot di
