As already described, we had cleaning and security problems at the hotel, which we checked out 45 minutes after entering due to the lack of care taken. So far the money has not been returned

The hotel is located on the edge of the city, with convenient transportation and cheaper prices than in the city. The facilities in the hotel room are very new, and it seems that it has been renovated in the past one or two years. The breakfast is quite rich.

Selten einen solchen Preis für eine solch schlechte Unterkunft (wo sind die 4 Sterne?!) bezahlt. Fangen wir mit dem positiven an, die deutsche Praktikantin an der Rezeption war sehr nett. Der Pool absolut dreckig, die Pumpe war auch nicht an. Die Umgebung des Pools dreckig, voller Vogelkot. Ein Aufzug (von zwei) war kaputt, eigentlich schlimm wenn aber an beiden Tagen jeweils 3 Busse ankommen katastrophal. Die Zimmer alt und runtergekommen, Sauberkeit naja… die Krönung war aber das Frühstück. An Tag 1 alte Brötchen, trockenen Omeltte (es lag schon ewig), lustloses Personal und dreckig überall. An Tag 2 keine Brötchen (waren leer und wurden nicht nachgelegt), lustloses Personal und der Dreck vom Vortag lag noch da. Nie wieder! P.S. Auf die Frage wie mein Aufenthalt war sagte ich meine ehrliche Meinung darauf hin kam nur ein Schulterzucken…

Really great hotel, nice rooms, clean, good breakfast and service. About 20-25 min from the center of cevilla but the bus (#3) drops you off literally outside the hotel and the center of Sevilla.

Staff is not organization about customer file, example they offer us door card with wrong room which was occupied by someone. And later, we have got answer was that our passports numbers were related to that wrong room.

Hôtel loin du centre de Séville.
L’avantage il y a un arrêt de bus devant la porte. Il faut compter une demi-heure pour aller au centre.
Chambre correcte petit déjeuner très moyen.
La piscine est à l’ombre l’après-midi.
