It's an acceptable place for staying one night but nothing charming about it. Rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable.
There is one shared kitchen which is too small for all the rooms and was crowded at dinner time. It has a very small dishwasher to leave the dirty dishes in, but in the morning was full and running so all the dishes were laying dirty in the kitchen sink.

Wasn't expecting much but ended up so pleasantly surprised! My elderly parents and I absolutely loved our stay here! One of the best places we stayed in Iceland this trip. The Guesthouse manager (matnus? Sorry I'm not sure how his name is spelt!) was kind enough to help us arrange a last minute change of room as we changed our minds and wanted to upgrade to a bigger room. We stayed at the one bedroom apartment and everything was lovely. Squeaky clean, even for a clean freak like me. The place was well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. I noticed there is a thick layer of cushion over the sofa bed so this was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on. My parents also said the double bed was very very comfortable. Highly highly recommend this Guesthouse!

The room was adequate and clean, with tables and chairs for dining. There is a shared kitchen, but the kitchen is small and would be difficult to accommodate 6 guests. When checking in, we had to use the password provided by the landlord in the email to get the key. However, we did not receive the password, so we ran into trouble when checking in. In the end, we had to call the landlord for help.
