Rooms price are not deserve for the room, bathroom drain is not proper and water staged in the floor. It’s ok to stay for night stay or short stay

Checkin experience was not good. I have to wait for 25 minutes to get my room on 7th august approximately 10 pm. Apart from checkin everything was good, breakfast was good but i think daily menu is same bcoz i get the same food for 3 days. Room experience was nice everything was perfect including ac, tb, bed.

Inappropriate cleaning in the room. Blanket and pillow covers having some bad smelling and black, brown spots were observed on blanket feels like not washed properly

It’s near from Airport, but so far city center. Room was somewhat clean, but washroom have water delivery problem. Most shocking was breakfast; I stayed 3nights, each day’s breakfast was terrible!!! Amenities were so so as!!!

I can definitely say, one of the best service they providing. Room are neat & clean, very much spacy also. Toilet, cupboard tv, ac all are in good condition. Staff are very polite, well mannered and service are excellent. Food quality was also good. Really very much happy and wise to travel again. Recommend others to also stay.

The receptionist was very rude. The staff doesnt know how to talk the customers. We came to checkin at 12. 30 night, and my flight was at 4 am. The purpose of the stay was for 4 hours to rest and take the next flight. Due to the behavior of the staff we decided not stay and came back to airport

The service takes a huge beating. No hot water in the bathroom, no help in carrying luggage to rooms. As our cab stopped at the entrance of the hotel, one attendant came running and asked the cab guy to move ahead and keep the entrance clear for other cars! complimentary breakfast is cold, served in a shabby manner and same throughout the week.
