I took a taxi from Disneyland. When I arrived, there were people standing at the entrance, but no one greeted me or offered to help with my luggage. I was already carrying my bags and about to enter when someone finally came out to assist. All the female staff were very friendly and would help call the elevator for us. Speaking of elevators, they're divided into four colors, and you have to choose the right one for your floor. The front desk and first floor are indicated by letters, which sometimes required a bit of memorization and was a bit inconvenient. We booked a Bund-view room, and the view was pretty good – you could see the Oriental Pearl Tower perfectly. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is right downstairs, making it convenient for shopping and dining. You can take a little train or a sightseeing bus, then walk a few hundred meters to get to the Bund. The minibar items are all chargeable; there were no complimentary first-round items. The breakfast in the restaurant was good, very plentiful, and delicious. I was quite satisfied with the food.
