Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts Hotels in Shanghai

The crowne plaza was an unbelievable stay. I booked two rooms, one for my parents and another for my family. We made a special request, which was accommodated, for a room without carpets. The hotel was perfect. My parents had no problem moving around in the vicinity and could easily communicate with the staff (in English) if they needed anything. This has been my 4th time staying at Crowne Plaza and my experience keeps on getting better. Amazing sights walking distance from the hotel. Just perfect!

A delightful solo short stay of two nights, to attend a wedding celebration nearby. Every interaction from the check in experience (thank you for suggesting the film themed room) through to the swift offer to arrange a ride post check out, has been truly appreciated. Unfortunately I only had time to catch one of the classic Shanghai based movies on offer. It was a lovely touch to my first visit back to Shanghai after five years. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider updating the gym (if this might suit your main customer personas).

We booked 4 rooms with breakfast and afternoon tea and night snacks. The breakfast and afternoon snack and night snacks were very nice and worth it. They are full meals so I would consider this as a full board offer. The rooms are very spacious and clean and furniture is fresh and comfortable. The toilets are clean and spacious and all toilet items were there. The location is close to the main station and has two malls right next to it within less than a 5 minute walk.

There was a typhoon during the Mid-Autumn Festival in Shanghai. I took my 4-year-old baby to spend 3 days and 2 nights in the hotel, which was enough for the baby to have fun. I chose the Aisha theme room, which the child loved very much. This is a suite layout, and the living room space is still very large, enough for the baby to draw, play house, play ball, hide and seek, and a small slide was added to the room during the typhoon. There is a small ocean ball children's playground indoors, enough for the baby to play in it for 1 hour, and you can go in and out at any time. There is a small non-powered and animal feeding outdoors. The hotel gave breakfast, and the quality is also very good, with everything you need. The meals for 2 days were also solved in the hotel. There was a Hong Kong-style buffet for 98 per person, and a small beef hot pot for 78 per person. The price-performance ratio is good and the taste is also OK. For lazy mothers who don't want to leave Shanghai during the short holiday, choosing this hotel frees their hands.

Recently I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel. The experience was great and I have to give it a big thumbs up! The check-in procedure was efficient and fast. I liked the room I was assigned. It was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The hotel is very close to the Shanghai Automobile Museum, which is very convenient. The hotel breakfast is delicious and rich. There are peacocks and bunnies outside the lobby, which are very cute. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym, which is convenient for fitness people. Overall, the stay experience at the Crowne Plaza was very good. Whether it is the hotel's hardware facilities or software services, I am extremely satisfied. Special praise for the front desk staff Alisa, Bruce, July and Lara, who are very good staff.

What impressed me the most during the three days and two nights was the hotel's service. I was satisfied with the front desk staff and the restaurant waiters. They were good at communication and treated guests with a smile, making people feel at home. I had a twin bed with lake view on the first day, and was upgraded to a one-bedroom and one-living room with a king-size bed with lake view on the second day. I liked the layout of the suite. Thank you to the young and promising front desk manager Xiao Zhang. There were two people with the surname Wu in the Gourmet Restaurant on the first floor. Both the gentleman and the lady were very good at service. There was an intern boy named Xiao Luo who was born in the 2000s during the happy hour in the executive lounge on the 21st floor. He was handsome, kind and had good service. The scenery of Jinshui Lake when viewed from a high altitude at sunset was charming, as if you were in a landscape painting... This is the hotel worth checking in when visiting Jinshan!

The environment is pretty good, but the hotel is a bit old and some facilities are a bit old. The buffet is average, but it has what you need. The room is quite big and you can live comfortably on a business trip.

A great autumn vacation trip! The service of this hotel is really great! Two days before check-in, the staff took the initiative to contact and ask if there are any requirements, and the delayed check-out was implemented in advance. Arrived at the hotel before 12 o'clock on the 29th, the check-in was very fast. The front desk lady Qin Suquan's service was very meticulous. She added WeChat and helped with various things during the stay. She also put the children's toiletries in advance. Every time I passed by the hotel lobby, a group of waiters came around and asked if I needed any help. I was flattered. The room was upgraded to a landscape room, and you can see the central square. The facilities of the newly opened hotel are all top-notch. First of all, the room card is a wooden cartoon version, which feels very good and classy. The most surprising TV in the room is Sony, which is atmospheric. The high water pressure of the shower is a bit scary. It's like a waterfall when it is turned to the maximum. The sound insulation of the room is average, and the sound of the corridor can be heard clearly. The hotel breakfast is another highlight. There are large pieces of meat on the noodles, bread, snacks, and drinks are all very complete. The overall level is definitely the best hotel breakfast I have eaten in the past five years. I gain three pounds early in the morning! Finally, let's talk about the theme parks. The free water park and snow park (Yuxue) have many major projects that are not open, but it doesn't have much impact on my second-grade child. Most of them are 1.3 meters tall and can play. Both parks are very clean. There are few people during the two days of autumn vacation. There is basically no queue. The experience is quite good. Skiing next door is indeed more lively. I look forward to my child practicing basic skills and coming back next time. Overall, staying one night and getting two parks for free is very cost-effective!
