It's a little bit further from MRT/CSR station than i expected. but would highly recommend this hotel. the cleanliness, comfort, and stay is off the chart. i didn't expect to have automatic toilet elsewhere except japan but this hotel provides it. the gym and laundry is clean and ready to use too. great experience during my stay.

9/10 personal expericence in general The rooms are on floors 23th to 37th so you get a really nice view at the LuJiaZui area. If you want the best view I recommend you to get a room in the north-west part. Besides that the rooms are clean, you have enough powersockets, the AC worked fine. In the morning you can get a pretty decent breakfast at the 38th flor facing the Shanghai tower. In addition, their cumstomers service in the restaurant and at the front desk is superb. Speacial Thanks going to Daisy and Ella, both were very patient and helpfull. - Mr. Sy 9.22 to 9.23
