衞生不是很好，下面的褥子有女生的姨媽，桌子比較臟，地板也不是很乾凈，但老闆很友好，服務態度非常優秀，但衞生提升一下就好了

老闆小姐姐人超級好的！！提前打電話溝通地址 發送路線圖，那個圖真的很詳細，一點彎路都沒走，從停車場幾分鐘就到了，民宿就在景區裏面，旁邊就是攻略上看的打卡點，大清郵局。拍照超級好看，可以喝咖啡 、圍爐煮茶，還有特色的明信片和印章。這條街上還有一家賣海棠稿的，聽民宿的小姐姐説他們家衹有周末營業，還好被我們趕上了，真的很好吃，糯嘰嘰的，裏面的豆沙一看就不是買的成品豆沙，是自己煮的磨好的那種，特別香！
第二天退房的時候阿姨在外面，特意囑咐我們檢查好物品什麼的，可親切了，就像回家了一樣！很開心有這樣的旅程，能遇到很好的民宿老闆和阿姨，房間很好很乾凈，我們剛拿好行李出房門 阿姨第一件事就是拆床單被套洗，很熟練，一看就是日常的操作 哈哈，下次還來！

強烈推薦。
地理位置：在景區裏面。不是臨街的，但是距離主街走兩步就到了，因此是真正的鬧中取靜。
環境及住宿條件：
坐落在古鎮中，跟古鎮居民做鄰居，真正的“民宿”，弄堂非常乾淨。我定的是兩居室帶小院的，獨門獨院。
老屋子，但是內部的設計非常有格局。房間裏乾淨整潔，院子裏也打理的很有情調。 雖然是老屋子但是一點都沒有老屋子的腐味。值得表揚的是，房間裏一點都沒有下水道的反味。這點很多大酒店都做不到。
服務：
老闆提前一天就聯繫了我，問清我們過去的交通方式。當得知是駕車過去，特地把周圍停車場情況告知了我們。還特別貼心的發了短訊。的確老闆的短訊起到了作用，讓我們少走了很多彎路。
房間打理的非常乾淨，床單被罩看的出是新換的。而且開門的阿姨熱情好客，早早的就在弄堂口等着我們。
老闆準備了好多水果，甜甜的真好！！
