I booked this hotel very last minute because I saw on the Ctrip page that it was a four-diamond plus recommended hotel. When I checked in, the front desk did not ask if I was interested in joining the membership, but directly asked me to tell her the 6-digit verification code, saying that I could delay check-out by 2 o'clock. I became a member of "Jinjiang Hui" for no reason. After checking in and preparing to go to the room, I met an employee on the first floor who was pushing a large linen cart and competing with me for the elevator. It was obviously an upward elevator, but he insisted that it was going to B1. I had no choice but to wait for another one. Because the weather was too hot, I took a shower and took a nap after entering the room. When I left at 4:30 pm, I told the employee in the lobby that I was going to the elevator. She said ok to clean my room briefly, and there was a sign on my door saying "Please clean now", but when I returned to the room at 8pm, nothing happened; on the morning of the check-out day, my flight was delayed by 2 and a half hours due to Typhoon "Bebejia", so I called the front desk to ask if I could check out later, and the front desk answered "12 o'clock" with absolute certainty. When I told her that the front desk told me to check out at 2 o'clock when I joined the membership, she changed it to "2 o'clock", but one more minute would cost extra (I checked Ctrip, and the room supply was not tight that day). As a Ctrip Platinum Card user and a new member of "Jinjiang Club", I did not feel any "care"; as a victim of the typhoon and a native Shanghainese, I did not feel the "magnanimity" that Shanghai should have. I rarely give others bad reviews, but this hotel will not come again for this time, and it does not deserve "Four Diamonds + Recommendation".
