Room no clean, coffee table got rubbish when check into the room. Staff no friendly at all.
Request for taxi order service due to we are foreign tourist unable to access into some of the China app and we did inform FO staff, but the staff still reject and refuse to assist. Is a bad experience for this hotel. Hotel is near to the train station (Red line) only.

第一天來上海住的酒店，之前看評價都説好，而且離火車站非常近，自己一住，確實不錯！ 還有健身房，酒店大堂很有特色，前台服務很好！酒店設施給人眼前一亮，進來就和朋友誇了，以後來一定帶他來體驗一下！

街上門面挺小，上了二樓看見大堂和餐廳覺得還行。房間不大設施也不太全，熨衣板洗衣袋都無，但是窗户隔音挺好。離火車站是真的近，出門就是到車站的地下通道。住客素質不齊。晚十點，四個11-12歲的孩子在樓道大聲喧嘩奔跑，早上6:30孩子和他媽又在樓道里大聲説話，全然不顧他人需求。
