民宿非常漂亮，每個房間都有卡通主題，四樓雖然沒有電梯，但老闆主動幫忙提行李，我打電話約車送我們去地鐵站，老闆兩分鐘就出現在房間了，要幫我們提行李下樓，非常熱情。院子裏有小孩玩的鞦韆，沙池等。負責康欣地鐵站、迪士尼的接送，加分不少。房間洗漱用品比較好，本來不洗頭的，退房當天安排洗了個頭，洗手間都是智能設備，非常的不錯。

訂的這個榻榻米房間不太好就是樓頂一個閣樓所以容易撞腦袋，而且價格還漲到平時好房間的價格，但老闆挺熱心的，地鐵接送，晚上迪斯尼回來也接回來，早上還有早餐很乾凈衞生，值得推薦。

設施:對於想去迪士尼的朋友們來説是一個不錯的選擇，老闆把房間做成各式各樣的主題，可以根據出行人數預訂不同的房間，小朋友們都非常喜歡，房間基本都是包含早餐的，很實惠；
服務:老闆非常人性化，每天都會根據住客的時間安排民宿到迪士尼樂園接送時間，另外迪士尼的攻略還是多向老闆請教一下，另外去市區也會有專車來回地鐵站。
設施:房間設施用的很方便，小院裏還有簡單的小童遊樂設施。
