Very comfortable single use room. The big bed. All the amenities of a good hotel. Very good location, you can walk to the Bund easily. Only the bathroom drain could be improved, the water drains very slowly. Otherwise everything went very well. Recommended.

We had an unhappy experiences in this hotel. The receptionist could speak a bit English, not friendly when we said we couldn't speak Chinese and show her Google translate. I could feel that they were not willing to help guest in booking Didi or other services.
Such a bad and dissapointed experience in Shanghai.
