酒店位置優越，出行便利，附近的購物和餐飲機會也非常豐富，Evelyn Naomi服務親切友好，已經開始期待下一次的入住。

十一期間因為預訂了南京東路附近劇場的門票，就選擇了康萊德酒店入住，感覺不錯。這次，又因為看劇方便，入住，下班後再去入住的，很順利，比十一期間入住體驗更好。前台Echo辦理時，聽説我也是希爾頓會員，又是經常入住，幫我升級了房型，打開房門，日落驚喜。 設施：有智能遙控還算方便。 衞生：還是比較整潔的。 服務：需要充電或者物品，都是很及時送到。 酒店周邊肯定是市中心最便捷的。

房間很好，前台 ella 的服務也很好。唯一的問題是馬桶不是智能馬桶。其他都是高標準。

網上風評不好但還是來住了，感覺並不像網上説的那樣，我覺得很好呀

從前台Orisa一直到退房，每一刻都是傾盡全力的服務，賓至如歸，如果下次出行依然會選擇康萊德酒店。

1. Check-in was quick, Seven was very professional, and the room was upgraded. I didn't have too many requirements for a business trip, which changed Conrad's previous bad reviews. The beautiful Freya and Summer manager I met were also very good. They answered all my questions and helped me solve the air conditioning problem immediately. After work, I also went to the Bund, which was very close and within walking distance of the hotel. 2. The room is large, and the key point is that there is an independent cloakroom, which is really a surprise for me who has a lot of clothes. All clothes can be hung up, which will not affect wearing a suit to work. 3. Finally, I am also very grateful that they helped me arrange a late check-out because I couldn't make it back to check out due to the postponement of the meeting. Thank you very much I will come again on my next business trip, and hope to see Seven Freya and Summer again 😊
