The location in Xuhui is excellent, very close to the subway, making it super convenient to get around Xujiahui. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the hot water was reliable, and it was generally quiet. The front desk staff were efficient with check-in and friendly. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it a great choice for business trips or tourism. It offers good value for money, and I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Xuhui.

I focused on taking pictures of the food. The breakfast was quite rich, and they also offered complimentary afternoon tea and a late-night snack when we checked in. We weren't expecting much from the hotel, so this level of service made us very satisfied. The toiletries were great: a Dyson hairdryer and Natura Bissé products. All very pleasing, and the wet/dry separation in the bathroom was well done. However, my room's bathroom didn't have a sliding door, so it felt a bit cold when I stepped out of the shower cubicle. At first glance, the overall cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, but a closer look revealed areas that could be improved. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile whenever we passed them in the hallway. Overall, I was very satisfied and would consider staying here again on my next visit.

My overall experience during this stay exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in, the lobby was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient with the check-in process. They patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors. The bed was just the right firmness, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. All the toiletries were provided, and the hot water supply was consistent. The public areas were tidy and quiet, creating a comfortable environment. The hotel's cleanliness, service, and facilities were all top-notch; you can tell the management puts a lot of thought into the details. It made my trip relaxing and worry-free. The value for money is exceptional, making it my first choice for travel. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town and highly recommend it to other travelers!

Honestly, the hotel is really nice and worth the price. It’s clean, we haven’t seen any bugs, and it’s very quiet. The metro station is also really close, which is probably the best thing about it. The staff are very friendly too. There’s a robot that delivers food to your room, and they also allow you to receive your online orders there. There’s a small shop right next to the hotel that stays open 24/7, so you can get anything you need from there. The only thing I wish the room had was a refrigerator, because it’s a bit inconvenient when you bring juices or food everything gets warm because of the heat.

The room was clean, tidy, cozy and comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent service. The location is great, with convenient transportation access. Breakfast is a buffet with a good mix of Chinese and Western options. Highly recommended!

This is our second time staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel for my child's college entrance exam. It's perfectly located right next to Xuhui Middle School, the examination site, and we also stayed here for the spring exam earlier this year. The hotel is incredibly thoughtful: they had 'Zhuangyuan' (top scholar) door couplets, 'dingsheng gao' (a traditional pastry symbolizing success), and oranges... so much attention to detail and a real sense of occasion. My child got into an early admission program for college, so the Courtyard by Marriott Tibet Hotel truly is a lucky place! 👍👍

The hotel's location is excellent. Since it's near my old workplace, I know all the convenient food and transportation options around. The hotel is just a short walk from the subway station, with both high-end and regular shopping malls nearby, as well as a street full of local snacks. Transportation is incredibly convenient; Xujiahui subway station offers various lines to all directions, which is fantastic. A similar-located hotel next door, all seasons hotel, costs double. This hotel offers incredible value for money, a great stay experience, and excellent service.

Checked in around 4 PM, but the room wasn't ready. Had to wait for over ten minutes in the lobby. Eventually, a Trip.com agent intervened and we were temporarily assigned to an empty room to wait, with a strict instruction not to lie on the bed. More waiting ensued… The room's air conditioning automatically shut off at 25 degrees, causing me to repeatedly wake up hot throughout the night. While it's understandable for a new hotel to have some service shortcomings, their problem-solving definitely needs improvement.

First time in Shanghai, and my first hostel experience! It totally exceeded my expectations. The hygiene was impeccable, truly nothing to complain about. The service was excellent too, made me feel right at home. There's even a library in the common area. See pictures!

The room was just okay, pretty similar to a Ji Hotel. But that's not the main point. The main issue happened the night before when I checked in. It was raining outside, and I asked a male staff member to help me load my luggage from my car at the roadside using a luggage cart. While he was loading it, the cart slowly slid due to the slope outside the lobby entrance and almost hit my car. Afterward, I felt the male front desk staff's attitude during check-in wasn't very good; it just felt off. I'm giving this one star for the female staff member who later helped deliver the luggage cart; her attitude was noticeably much better. It's strange why a male staff member couldn't do this job and why his attitude was so cold. My car almost got hit, and I didn't even ask for compensation, just kindly reminded him that next time he should be careful with the luggage cart on that slope. Overall, the experience was just average. The attached photo is my backpack, which fell directly into the water after the luggage cart tipped over that day. The male staff member didn't even apologize. It was the female staff member who helped wipe it, but it's still dirty even after a few days.
