Lovely 5star hotel at a reasonable price. The room is huge,almost like a studio apartment. The hotel also provided free drinks and fruits from the room which is a pleasant surprise. Lynn the hotel receptionist provided excellent and seamless experience.

The hotel was undergoing a lot of renovations but this didn’t impact the stay. The Hotel is ideally situated near to the bund and Nanjing pedestrian street with lots of shopping and restaurants within a short distance. The Breakfast served was more than adequate and their are 2 Coffee shops and 2 mini markets directly outside. Enjoyable stay.

The room is clean and hygienic, and the service of the lady and handsome guy at the front desk is thoughtful, making guests feel at home. And the location is excellent, 200 meters away from the Bund, 200 meters away from Yu Garden, 200 meters away from Metro Line 10 and Line 14, and it is very convenient to go everywhere! Great! I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Shanghai

Great location in the very center of Shanghai. Shopping malls and food court are very near. The room is tiny but ok for 1-2 nights. We needed to leave in the evening so booked 4 extra hours. Staff was very helpful, thanks

A very cost-effective hotel, Exit 6 of Nanjing East Road on Metro Line 10, the hotel is less than five minutes' walk across the road, which is very convenient for traveling with babies and the elderly. The size of the hotel room is relatively acceptable for a place like Shanghai where every inch of land is valuable! The front desk service and the cleaning lady's service are very good! They are always responsive. I will continue to choose this hotel next time I come.

The location was perfect, a short walk to the Bund and in a beautiful area of Shanghai. The rooms are not very luxurious, but definitely okay.
