The room was very clean, and since we had a child with us, we booked a family room. The front desk even gave us a complimentary cake and fruit. They also provided extra kids' toothbrushes and bottled water for the little one. The hotel's location is excellent, with a direct subway connection to People's Square Station from the B1 level of the New World next door, making it super convenient for getting around.

I booked this hotel for a business trip. The location was great, only about a 15-minute taxi ride to the Bund. The room was incredibly spacious with excellent facilities, and the view was fantastic; I could see the Yangpu Bridge right from my window. My overall stay exceeded expectations! The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Great service and new facilities. The room was spacious enough, clean, and had a good vibe. The housekeeping auntie was very enthusiastic, proactively asking if we needed anything when we met her in the hallway. Free parking was a big plus! 👍 After checking in, we just registered our license plate and room number at the concierge, and then entering and exiting the parking lot was hassle-free, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also good.

The front desk staff, Yuki, was not only handsome and composed but also incredibly responsible. He went above and beyond to help me with various travel issues, making my airport transfer completely hassle-free and convenient. I originally booked this place because of the convenient airport transfer service, but I was pleasantly surprised when Yuki even thoughtfully helped carry my luggage to the room. His service was meticulous and attentive, which was truly heartwarming.

Booked this for my friends and their family, and they were very happy with their stay. The hotel is conveniently located with great transport links, very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The environment was pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly. They said they would definitely consider staying here again if they visit in the future.

The experience at the Shanghai Songjiang Lin Yun Marriott Hotel was great. The room was clean and comfortable with an open view. Xiao Ou was enthusiastic and efficient with the check-in process, and very thoughtful. The breakfast had a rich variety of options, and the overall service was attentive and thorough. I will choose to stay here again next time I'm in Songjiang.

This established five-star hotel truly delivers! The dining was the best I've ever experienced, and the hotel's service and environment were also excellent. The package deal was very good value for money.
