We really enjoyed staying at Marriott, great location in Shanghai city centre, you can walk to the bund & nanjing road.. luxurious hotel with great restaurants & services There’s also KFC and McDonalds for those who don’t like the Chinese food We booked the bund view room, the view was incredibly beautiful but the bund lights only turned on from 7-11 PM, the rest of the day are not just keep this note in mind I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

Great service and new facilities. The room was spacious enough, clean, and had a good vibe. The housekeeping auntie was very enthusiastic, proactively asking if we needed anything when we met her in the hallway. Free parking was a big plus! 👍 After checking in, we just registered our license plate and room number at the concierge, and then entering and exiting the parking lot was hassle-free, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also good.

I've stayed here a few times now, and I was pleasantly surprised that the front desk recognized me and even upgraded my room! The high-floor room offered fantastic views, which was really uplifting. The room design was simple but very spacious, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The housekeeping staff on my floor were all very polite. I also enjoyed the art gallery on the first floor, I couldn't help but stop and admire the pieces. A very satisfying stay, I'll definitely be back often.

Booked this for my friends and their family, and they were very happy with their stay. The hotel is conveniently located with great transport links, very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The environment was pleasant, and the staff were all very friendly. They said they would definitely consider staying here again if they visit in the future.

It's clean, tidy, and soundproofed, with a well-equipped gym. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful, and every staff member was prompt in their responses, providing gentle and appropriate service. It's ideal for those traveling by car, as public transport is inconvenient and it's quite a distance from the subway, with limited amenities in the surrounding area.

This established five-star hotel truly delivers! The dining was the best I've ever experienced, and the hotel's service and environment were also excellent. The package deal was very good value for money.

The front desk staff, Yuki, was not only handsome and composed but also incredibly responsible. He went above and beyond to help me with various travel issues, making my airport transfer completely hassle-free and convenient. I originally booked this place because of the convenient airport transfer service, but I was pleasantly surprised when Yuki even thoughtfully helped carry my luggage to the room. His service was meticulous and attentive, which was truly heartwarming.
