MGM Grand Hotels in Shanghai

I stayed in the MGM's 270-degree panoramic river view suite this time. Lumi and Zora from guest services were very attentive, asking about my needs before check-in and doing their best to accommodate them. The executive lounge, included with the suite, offered afternoon tea. The butterfly pastries were good, but the other snacks were quite mediocre. However, all the staff I interacted with were very friendly and responsive to requests. Auntie Pan Biying from housekeeping was excellent; she noticed my preferences, proactively helped me switch to a more suitable pillow, and replenished amenities promptly. Overall, I was very satisfied with both the facilities and the service during this stay. It would be even better if the food quality could be improved.
