Whenever I visit Shanghai, my first choice is the Radisson Blu Hotel Shanghai Hong Quan. Front Office Manager Xiao Yin is incredibly polite and dedicated. The housekeeping staff are also very warm and always greet you with a smile. I'll definitely be back if I get the chance!

Booked with Jojo again for my child's college entrance exam. It seems we're destined to stay at this hotel for both the spring and autumn exams. Both the facilities and services are great! We loved the complimentary fruit, late check-out, luggage service, and robot food delivery. A big thank you to Jojo from the hotel staff for her warm care and excellent service! 🌹🌹🌹
