Ramada by Wyndham Hotels in Shanghai

My stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Shanghai Pudong Airport East Station was actually better than I expected. The location is super close to the airport, which is perfect for catching an early flight or for a layover. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth. The room was spacious enough, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The smart room control system was easy to use, and adjusting the lights and air conditioning was a breeze. The housekeeping was quite thorough, and there were no noticeable odors in the bathroom. The front desk staff and service personnel were friendly and responsive when I had questions. Transportation in the area is convenient, and it was pretty quiet at night, so I got good rest. The soundproofing and facility maintenance were also excellent, and luggage storage was convenient. I'd definitely prioritize staying here again next time I need accommodation near Pudong Airport.

A wonderful stay. Everytime I called the front desk the staff were timely and very helpful . Children’s theme room is spotless clean . Carpet and tent is freshly cleaned . Cute slippers provided. Children’s play room is well ventilated and so much fun . We were lucky to get to use the flight simulator, the pilot that operated it is so polite and helpful. Luggage was stored very well and the shuttle service to airport is extremely convenient. Good hotel however one problem is hardly any western breakfast options , no halal catering , overall breakfast is great

The shuttle bus service from Pudong Airport to the hotel is quite convenient. It takes about 15 minutes to reach the hotel from Terminal 1. There was some construction along the way, but once I saw the hotel environment, I was quite pleased. I arrived late and was too tired to check the room details thoroughly, but it met my basic needs and was relatively quiet. I took the shuttle back to the airport early in the morning, and it went smoothly. The staff were also very helpful.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's conveniently located in the Biyun International Community. I communicated with the hotel in advance about my check-in, and they assigned me a suite. Since I was celebrating my birthday, I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture and the genuine care. On weekends, the hotel offers a shuttle service to and from Disneyland, which can be booked a day in advance. The complimentary bottled water in the room was a nice touch. The front desk staff were also very helpful. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'll definitely be back.

The hotel was excellent; the service at the front desk, restaurant, and rooms was very attentive. The housekeeping even helped us bring in the clothes we had hung out to dry on the balcony. The swimming pool was very quiet and comfortable, with very few people. I would definitely choose Ramada again next time I'm in Fengxian.

The rooms are a bit old, but the location is decent for reaching Wujiaochang commercial area and the subway. Xiao Lu and Da Xiong from housekeeping were very friendly and offered helpful suggestions for travel routes. The excellent service made up for the older facilities.
