The hotel is great☺️ The service is also superb. This time my mother and aunt traveled. We received great care and service, and the breakfast was great. The view from the room was also great. You can see the Oriental Pearl Tower and the Waibaidu Bridge. Our docking service staff Jay was also very nice! I will stay in this hotel again next time Facilities: Super five-star Hygiene: Very good. The toilet and bathtub are all clean Environment: Beautiful and atmospheric Service: Super considerate. All service staff greeted us warmly and provided possible services

A truly 5 stars hotel. Select the pearl view room and u will not regret it. The night view is awesome! Mini bar is free including a bottle of red wine. Staff are all attentive and friendly. Especially a young man ( bell boy), I forgot to take down his name. He is very attentive and very quick to run over to help us with our luggage when we alighted from the taxi.
