When we checked in, the room’s shower curtain could not shut. So it’s inappropriate. They came to check and check and check, as if it’s our problem that we can’t close it. Finally at 11pm they changed our room to another room. But overall was a good stay. Just next door to Cloud Nine Mall and Zhongshan Park Metro Line 2.

This hotel location is very strategic and staff very friendly, special thanks to frontdesk staff Yvonne to assist us to find 2 rooms in same floor as we come with friends and due to we booked 2 nights separately, she also helped us to combined it so that we do not need to change room again. She also teach us the direction how to walk to Yuyuan, thanks for the great service. There is another staff at level 1 who assisted us to order didi to go to 南京路步行街 but we forgot to ask for his name, thanks alot for your help too. You guys are awesome, keep it up!!!

Flew to Shanghai just for the weekend. I like the area as it is close to Hongqiao Airport, the rooms were clean and overall place was clean. The only thing that I had a struggle with is that only a fee staff spoke English, but then overall staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room is very clean and new! The white stone in the bathroom is very shiny, and the cleaning staff also provides smiling service, which is very good! I have eaten small wontons for breakfast for a week, and there are freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, and the coffee is also very good! If you are going to an event near this hotel, I recommend this hotel. Very good, very good 👍 It's embarrassing that I didn't take a single photo of the hotel after staying for many days
