This hotel was quite a surprise! Being newly renovated, all the interior facilities are brand new. Although the room window is small, it faces the sun, and the LED strip lighting is really well-designed. The lights are bright, and the color temperature is just right, making the room very well-lit. The bedding is good, and I slept very comfortably. The TV screen is huge and connected to the internet! Tencent Video can be set to the highest clarity (MAX), which is super clear. The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from the Outer Ring Road subway station, making getting around very easy. The only minor inconvenience for me was the lack of an elevator; if you have a lot of luggage, you'll have to carry it up, which can be a bit strenuous.

After comparing several accommodations, I chose this hotel. It's generally simple and down-to-earth, without luxurious decorations or fancy soft furnishings. The bedding is changed promptly, feels smooth and soft to the touch, and the mattress isn't too soft or saggy, providing great relief after a long journey. The bathroom facilities are well-maintained; the shower head provides even water flow, and all disposable dental and toiletry essentials are provided. The floor has anti-slip treatment, making showering safer. The area around the hotel has excellent amenities, with affordable restaurants and convenience stores widely available along the street, offering plenty of choices for evening walks and meals. Public transportation is very close, making it extremely convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The front desk staff are friendly and patient, and the check-in and check-out process is simple and efficient. Any requests are handled promptly. Public areas are continuously cleaned and available for temporary waiting. All in-house facilities are essential for travelers, with no extra hidden charges, offering outstanding value for money. It's very suitable for short stays, providing a peaceful and stable experience throughout. It's definitely worth experiencing for anyone traveling.

An amazing hotel, the best among those we stayed in during our entire trip to Shanghai.The staff is kind, helpful, and courteous. The rooms are large enough, clean, and cozy. The breakfasts are modest relative to the big hotels, but the food is delicious, especially the bao that the girls cook. The hotel is not pretentious, but very cozy, comfortable and truly homely💓

The family came out, four elderly people, went to Shanghai to visit relatives and friends, this trip is quite worth it, booked here because it is close to relatives, and we are a group of five people, originally set this room type window in the corridor and the activity area is not big, but the facilities are very complete, the environment is very clean, After all, it has been newly opened in 25 years, and the overall is still great! The room was quite small, truly small, feeling only half the size of a star-rated hotel. This room was an upgrade; the original was even smaller. I'm still grateful for the upgrade, as the room I was given hadn't been cleaned. Although the air conditioner looked old, it cooled well. However, it made a strange noise in the middle of the night, like rain, but it was fine after getting used to it. The room was generally clean and acceptable, and the location was also good. It was convenient for taking my sister to see a doctor. The subway station was not far away, and there was a FamilyMart downstairs. But I wouldn't stay here again. The soundproofing was terrible. I could hear the front desk staff checking videos in the middle of the night, and I was woken by people talking in the mornings. I'd pay an extra one or two tickets to book a nearby room, and it would actually be quite comfortable. The front desk was also unreliable. I accidentally canceled my order and had to place a new one. Then, I had to ask the platform's customer service to contact me again to process the refund for the original order, which was a huge waste of my time and a hassle. Any hotel, as long as the room wasn't too bad, I'd accept it. For the price, I had my expectations. But I really don't understand the receptionist who asked me to add you to customer service. Was it to help you solve the problems you've created? The basic amenities include a hair dryer, kettle, disposable toiletries, disposable toilet paper, and two bottles of water. The slippers are made of soft plastic and have a slight odor.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and the service was great. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Service is better, but the hotel has a taste, I don’t know what machine is noisy at night and I can’t sleep at all.
