At first, she just asked me to sit on the side and wait, and did not tell me why I had to wait and how long I had to wait. After that, I was obviously unhappy and contacted Ctrip. She recommended another room of the same price and told me that this room had been cleaned up. She asked another male waiter to take me to see it. As a result, I saw the picture below when I entered the room. I was not interested in going into the bathroom. 4) After communicating with the male waiter, I learned that the two guests in the original room refused to check out after the time limit. Finally, they dragged it out until 14:20. The hotel did not seem to charge them for the late check-out. If the rogue behavior of the previous guests is to be paid by the later guests, I can only further question the hotel's operating level; 5) The sanitation of the guest room is very average. The aunt did not wipe the brown stains on the bathtub; the water tank of the capsule coffee machine was obviously used for a long time and had not been emptied and cleaned, and there was water vapor inside. In addition, it is amazing that the hotel has other disposable utensils, but no toothbrushes. If you want to use them at night, you have to call the front desk and wait for them to be delivered. If it is to respond to the hotel's environmental protection policy introduced several years ago, other disposable items should also be defaulted. Or, they should ask if they need toothbrushes when they check in, so that they can provide them at that time. Moreover, nowadays, not to mention four-star hotels, all international five-star hotels will put them on by default and not give customers any trouble.

A delightful solo short stay of two nights, to attend a wedding celebration nearby. Every interaction from the check in experience (thank you for suggesting the film themed room) through to the swift offer to arrange a ride post check out, has been truly appreciated. Unfortunately I only had time to catch one of the classic Shanghai based movies on offer. It was a lovely touch to my first visit back to Shanghai after five years. My only suggestion for improvement would be to consider updating the gym (if this might suit your main customer personas).

The hotel is a long way from the subway. If you need to take the subway to a place far from the hotel, you need to ride a shared bicycle. Overall, it is very good. There are small roads nearby that are suitable for walking and stopping. The washing machine in the hotel is very good

The place of super comfortable and cozy. It has 2 bathrooms, one inside a bedroom and another outside in the common space. The kitchen is complete for basic need. the bathroom also has a washing machine. the bathroom also has heated fans so you wont be freezing when you get out of the shower. The bathroom floors however are slippery so use the rubber slippers that are provided when taking a shower. Had the best sleep of my life here as the beds are so comfortable. the sofa is so big that it can seat 6-8 people. The big projector is cool though, but didnt have the chance to use it as everything is in chinese and seems like watching here needs to be a paid subscription. Our unit was only located in the ground floor so elders and pregnant women wont have any difficulties. the area is quiet. There is a ***** nearby where you can dine and drink coffee. there's also a park a few steps away where you can walk, jog and relax. A bit far from the metro, around 600m, but being accompanied by 3 seniors, they didnt seem to mind. The hosts are very responsive and very helpful. overall, this is a really great find and i would really book again when i come back to Shanghai

An excellent hotel, friendly staff, very clean lovely hall ways amazing carpet interior. Only downfall is they have no coffee in the rooms, only tea. There is a supermarket close by for extra supplies and a Starbucks close by for coffee lovers. I would come back again.
