The hotel is easy to find, the deluxe twin room is large, the quilt is very comfortable, and it is only more than 3 kilometers away from Sijing Ancient Town. The breakfast is also delicious, but the coffee is a bit bad. The most praiseworthy thing is that I left my sun protection clothes on the back of the chair during afternoon tea in the lobby bar. I didn’t find it until I went out for a while. When I called the hotel front desk, I was told that it had been picked up by the staff and handed over to the front desk. Thank you very much!

The hotel is very good. The room facilities are complete, with free mineral water, tea bags, coffee, etc. The room is spacious and bright, with good lighting, clean and tidy, and the beds are very comfortable to sleep on. The service attitude of the front desk clerks here is very good. Before I came, they called to inform me of the hotel location and parking location. They were very attentive. The hotel is in a superior location with convenient transportation. It is very close to the subway station and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. It is very convenient!

My stay at Songjiang New Century Grand Hotel was a delightful experience. The staff was exceptionally courteous and accommodating, making a late check-in a hassle-free process. To my surprise and delight, my room was upgraded, and it boasted a picturesque view that added an extra layer of charm to my stay. The room itself was immaculately clean, with every detail meticulously attended to, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere.

The service of this hotel is simply amazing! Before I entered the hotel, the front desk staff helped me carry my luggage to the door. From the moment I stepped through the door, the warm reception of the staff made me feel warm, as if I was in a warm family. The smiles of the young ladies were like a spring breeze, which made people feel warm. The room was nothing to say about the same price. The breakfast was buffet style, and there was a gym where you could play billiards with friends! Highly recommended!

Room and bathroom are clean. Receptionists are really helpful, they do not speak English well but they use google translate. Hotel is close to shopping center around 15 minutes.

Wow, we have stayed in many accommodations and this is the best one ever! 10 stars! The hosts came running to our taxi to greet us, to bring our bags all along to the homestay. Not only is the homestay strategically located, it was clean, cozy, filled with thoughtful amenities and wonderful for picture taking, the accommodating hosts made all the difference - they gave us recommendations and directions, plus helped us book our rides too. Keep up the amazing work!

Love our stay. Room was cozy and the host are very friendly Just some down part during winter - you need to wait about 20mins in between shower as the hot water runs out but it didn’t bother us much In the morning we were served wonton soup which we think is very nice and warmth Our first home stay in Shanghai was incredible Prime location 10minutes walk to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town

The owner's care can be felt from the layout and decoration design. There is a super large lakeside terrace outside the room with a great view. You can sit and read a book and be in a daze, and relax and be free. The children climb up and down in the room, and have their own fun. It is safe. Unlike other parent-child rooms, this is really like installing a big paradise in the room. And most importantly, there are no other naughty children. The safety is also in place, and it is really reassuring. My wife is particularly concerned about safety. The bed in the hotel is always afraid that the child will fall off. This upstairs is similar to tatami, and there is no fall. We are very relieved, and the children fall asleep beautifully with the starry sky. The floor is very high, the air conditioner is below, and there is a ceiling fan on the top. It is a little hot upstairs, but it also eliminates the worry that the child will kick the quilt and blow the air conditioner and get cold. The fried dumplings made by the boss for breakfast the next morning are also a must. Usually I chase them to feed them, but today I chased them and asked for two more. There is also a newly developed small yard next to the large yard on the first floor. The children catch chickens and dig vegetables. The boss said that they can dig eggplants and take them home to eat. It's really green. But we don't know how to cook, so we didn't dig them back. The boss is friendly and like a friend, and he also planned a cycling route for us. Treasure homestay. My wife said she must come again next time.

The room was huge with 2 beds and a long L-sofa and desk, it was very convenient for us with a lot of luggages. The bathroom was also huge with a shower area and a bathtub allowing all of us to get ready together in the bathroom. The room felt comfy and at night some guests would hang out in the bar by the lobby, but we didnt get to explore much as we arrived quite late and only stayed for 1 night. Very satisfied with the room, even after considering the price. One cons is the location that was a bit far from the center of the area and Hongqiao Station. There were no stores by the hotel and require a little bit of walking to get to shops. We took a cab when taking our luggage to/from the railway station, which was around 15 mins away. Another alternative is taking the bus (there is a bus stop right across the hotel) which can bring you to the nearest metro station（徐泾东）within 4 stops.
