The customer service was top-notch, with attentive staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The facilities were impeccably clean, reflecting a high standard of maintenance and hygiene. What truly stood out was the quiet and serene environment, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Overall, my stay was nothing short of exceptional, offering a perfect blend of stunning views, excellent service, cleanliness, and tranquility.

Although the weather is not very good, I opened the curtains in the morning and saw a thin layer of fog floating on the Napa Sea. I was really amazed. If it is sunny, it should be beautiful to lie in bed and watch the sunrise. If you can see the morning glow, it may be a great surprise. Who said that you have to check in at every scenic spot and go hiking when traveling? Maybe you can find a favorite corner and stay at home for a day. When you look up, you can see the grassland and ducks leisurely walking on the water; you can be in a daze, listen to music, drink tea or coffee; slow down, empty yourself, look at the blue sky, the white clouds surrounding the mountainside, the stars at night, and the mountains in the distance. You will be satisfied here.

It was terrible. I didn't sleep all night. There was no signal. The WIFI was broken. There was only hot water but no cold water. There was only one small window for ventilation and no screen. It was too stuffy when closed and too many mosquitoes when open. The customer service didn't respond or deal with it. It was a rip-off.
