There was someone to pick us up from the city area upon request. We also followed his car to the city area as the receptionist mentioned it was hard to get a car from the area. Lovely atmosphere. The view at night (stars) was amazing and that alone was worth staying a night! Plenty of activities and we had a great breakfast too. Fed deers which was a great experience. Teh people working there once again is amazing.

We liked staying at this resort. It is not far from Shangri-La City and Napa Hai. They have activities and breakfast (It would have been nice if there was a vegetarian option, even a simple vegetarian noodle dish). We really liked the driver 鲁茸克主, who took us around and chatted with us. The design of the rooms and common area are charming. Unlimited coffee and tea keep the common area inviting. We appreciated the underfloor heating and oxygen because we did have an altitude reaction.

Beautiful Hotel with magnificent view. Around 15 minutes drive from the old town, where the restaurants are. But you can opt to dine in at the hotel, they serve great quality food. The room is very spacious with complete amenities. Special thanks to Lobsang, who have been very informative and helpful during our stay.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent services. Recommend for everyons

We recently stayed 4 nights here in November and it was a true 5 star experience from the moment we arrived. Our driver wondered why we chose to stay at a “remote” area but it was so peaceful and and view is breathtaking especially during the golden sunrise hour. Our 2 young kids had so many highlights from feeding the animals to toasting marshmallow and singing karaoke in front of the campfire and under the stars. Shangrila was the highlight of our 2 weeks in Yunan and we look forward to staying here again.

The views at this hotel is amazing, it’s quiet in October without much visitors so there is a lot of privacy. The hosts and staff are very responsive and helpful! We had a room upgrade and staff allowed for late checkout when we were sick. Food was quite good and we enjoyed the campfire night. Many thanks to Xiao Gao 小高 for helping us throughout our stay.

Very kind hospitality, the hotel is very scenic

The location of Everest Point Hotel is simply unbeatable. Perched on a hill overlooking the stunning Napahai wetlands, the views are absolutely breathtaking. Every morning, I woke up to a misty panorama that looked like it came straight out of a fairy tale. The hotel's grounds are home to adorable alpacas and gentle deer, which added a magical touch to our stay. It was surreal to sip my morning coffee while watching these beautiful creatures graze peacefully nearby.

This homestay was a very unique and nice place to check out. The atmosphere was great and is a great escape from the city. The service was impeccable and the rooms were very clean and stylish. The only complaint I would have would be that there were too many noisy kids during our stay which kind of ruined the calm atmosphere.

We had a fantastic experience staying here. The room was clean and beautifully designed. The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The stay was very satisfying! Facing the Napahai Lake, it is very close to horseback riding and the snow-capped mountains. Every glance is a thousand-year-old beauty, but it is not only beautiful, but also good! Feeding animals, learning to make butter tsampa, pick-up and drop-off service, afternoon tea, American coffee and black tea are continuously provided every day, and there is an oxygen machine, which quickly relieved the child's blood oxygen when it dropped below 90%, and returned to 97% in a short time, and slept a whole night. Coming down the snowy mountain, I missed lunch time, and we were given free instant noodles, which instantly warmed our stomachs. The hygiene is also better than many five-star hotels. We stayed for 4 consecutive days and left with a grateful heart. I thought that Shangri-La would not come again for a long time after coming once, but with Jinse in the Wild Courtyard, I have been thinking about inviting more friends and families to come together. I wish Jinse in the Wild Courtyard will do better and better!

There are little cuties in the yard, Yangjin, Qianjin, the first, fifteenth and sixth graders. We will miss you... The process of feeding and close contact with the animals is particularly healing. You can sit on the terrace to bask in the sun and watch them play all afternoon. The experience of making tsampa is also very interesting. After tasting the tsampa made by yourself, you can also share it and feed it to the animals. It is so happy. There is a billiards room in the leisure area on the second floor, and there are also some ******* clothes for you to try on. Lying in bed and watching the sun shine on the golden mountains when you wake up, this world is worth it!

It's so beautiful. Every day here is spent playing with small animals, watching the sunrise and sunset, basking in the sun, and walking nearby. I spent a wonderful three days, and the service was attentive. It would be nice if there were smaller portions of the meals, as I didn’t want to waste it. However, the sound insulation performance of the room can be improved. Sometimes I can hear footsteps outside (I live in the room at the elevator entrance). Overall satisfied, I will come again if I have the opportunity in the future.
