Newly opened hotel. Very modern looking and close to the main area. Breakfast was a bit limited and they struggled to keep up with serving out the food for the morning crowd

The hotel is modern and very nicely decorated and my room was stocked with amenities, including a nice tea set with good tea which you can enjoy on the alcove in your room. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. My room price included pickup from the train station and that was arranged without any fuss through Weixing since I don't have a Chinese phone number. My room and the public areas were all very clean. The breakfast was wonderful. It is a 700 m walk to the Old Town, and a bit far from the main part of town around ChangZhen Lu. But it is easy and inexpensive enough to call a didi or a cab to get to that part of town.

Yi Ting hotel breakfast is average. There is still room for improvement.

Hotel staff is helpful and facilitated change of room to an oxygen room when we had bad altitude sickness in the middle of the night. Room has Xiao du and helps with automation of lights, curtains etc. Breakfast location has good view of mountain.

Room very clean and new.Provide free Airport transfer.The female staff on night 2th quite not good.

Nice hotel with good hardware. Near to old city about 15 mins walk. Only problem is rooms with oxygen supply are on the first floor and you will need to explicitly book those rooms upfront ...But reception is very nice and boss was personally chauffeuring people ..

Shangri-La is a fairyland lost in the mortal world, where every inch of air is filled with freedom and poetry. Under the azure sky, the snow-capped mountains are holy and majestic, like a sanctuary where gods reside; the grasslands are spread out wantonly, and the flowers are dotted with stars, swaying in the wind like a gentle ballad hummed by nature. When you step into this land, your soul seems to have found its home, peaceful and quiet, with all the hustle and bustle far away on the other side of the mountain, leaving you with only a heart full of intoxication.

It was my first time in Shangri-La. I spent a long time researching hotels and finally chose Yiting. The hotel is located next to Dukezong Ancient Town and is a 20-minute walk to Guishan Park. The room facilities are relatively smart and clean. I asked the front desk if there was oxygen supply and they upgraded it to an oxygen supply room. There was also a midnight snack in the evening. It was a good stay experience.

Convenient travel: There is a pick-up station, and there are guys to pick you up, which is really convenient, especially with large luggage. The accommodation is very good: the environment is clean and atmospheric, there is a gym, and it is very convenient to run indoors when it is cold

The room is well decorated and cleaned. The service is good. The location is near the ancient city. If I have to say it, the front desk is a little messy. It would be better if the front desk was more spacious. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the temple in the middle of the ancient city. The breakfast is also OK. Overall, it is quite comfortable. Hot mineral water is also prepared. And after staying in the hotel for so many days, this is the only hotel where the front desk sees you check out and asks you if you want to take two bottles of mineral water. I praise the handsome guy at the front desk.

The hotel environment and facilities are good. It has its own independent parking lot, which is convenient for parking. The location is also good, close to the scenic area, and it is convenient to walk or take a taxi. The room is big enough. The most satisfactory thing is that the room has a humidifier and the shower room has a hot air function. The base clothes washed were dried the next day. Overall very satisfied.

It was my first time to Shangri-La, which is about 3400 meters above sea level. I was afraid of altitude sickness, so I called in advance to upgrade the aerobic room. I would like to give a compliment first👍. After all, it is a newly opened hotel. There is coffee in the lobby and Tremella soup when you return late. It was just that I happened to live in a room with a bad bathroom sewer. I wanted to endure it, but later I really felt the smell was strong, so I contacted the front desk on WeChat, and they immediately changed my room for me. This is the second compliment👍; when I checked out, they specially prepared souvenirs and apologized for our room change yesterday. This is the third compliment👍. The service is really good, and it will meet your needs. It would be better if the facilities were improved.
