The hotel facilities, location, staffs service are impeccable. The staffs attitude and service are top notch, they are always sincere in lending a helping hand. They really made our trip more enjoyable. Extended 2 more nights with them. Highly recommend and I will definitely return to this hotel when im back to Shangri la.

This hotel is great👍👍I booked it two weeks in advance and it was the most satisfying hotel during the entire trip. Every night I saw a sign at the front desk saying "Full House".
