The picture is of the hotel bar at 20.00. Totally closed. The rooms are quite modern and clean, no problems at all there. The location is a decent walk into the old town. Fine if you have a car, but there are probably better options if you're visiting the touristic locations. The biggest annoyance was when I arrived on crutches having hurt my ankle a couple of days before they just watched my struggle with my bags. After check-in, the small female receptionist did try to take my large bag, but couldn't lift. All while a larger male colleague just watched on. Breakfast was alright, not great. The worst overall mark of any of the hotels in China for me, by quite a distance.

The hotel location is 20 minutes from the ancient town. The lighting is too dime and there is no aircond/ fan ventilation in the room.

The place is remote so our expectations were accordingly. We were originally put in the wrong room but the staff rectified the issue without a problem. You can see a nice view of the sunrise from the 5th floor. Breakfast has a good Chinese selection. It is a little ways from the ancient town but technically within walking distance. A good launching point?to see all the sights in Shangrila.

The hotel facilities are relatively old. It was my first time to a place with an altitude of more than 3,000 meters. I was afraid of altitude sickness, so I paid extra to choose an oxygen supply room. After checking in, I couldn't see where the oxygen supply was. I asked the front desk and they sent me an oxygen concentrator. The breakfast was very poor, and there was no air conditioning in the room. I didn't look carefully when booking the room. Although the temperature in Shangri-La is not high at night, the hotel windows are small and it is still a bit stuffy. The hotel parking lot is quite large, all on the ground, and parking is very convenient. I saw an underground parking lot, but it was not open. On the day of check-in, when I arrived at around 6 pm, there was a sudden heavy rain. The car could only wait at the door of the hotel. I waited for about 45 minutes until the rain subsided before I got off the car to get my luggage and check in. By then, there were probably five or six self-driving cars at the door of the hotel, but they couldn't get off because of the heavy rain.

The decoration of the lobby and rooms is very rough, a typical fast hotel. The service is very inadequate, the front desk staff seems to be acting as a noodle stall chef; the waiter came to the hotel in personal clothes to adjust the TV, but it took a long time to turn on the TV; there were shorts left by the previous guest in the room; the bathroom was dirty and black; the room towel elevator showed Xianglaihua Hotel and Yicheng Hotel respectively, and it was unclear which hotel I was staying in.

The hotel is very convenient for transportation, close to the high-speed rail station, the big prayer flags, Songzanlin Temple, and Napahai! The room is large and comfortable!

The room is really bad..1700 is not cheap to book a room in Shangri-La. But the whole room has no other advantages except being big. The equipment is seriously aging. The space layout is unreasonable. When turning on the lights at night, one light will go out from time to time. The air conditioner also makes a loud iron sound. The scenery in Shangri-La is good. The service of the hotel is also good, but the equipment is really too bad. It is recommended to sell it at this price after renovation.

The hotel is very conveniently located, not far from the high-speed rail station and not far from various attractions. The hotel has a parking lot, and the front desk lady will also introduce the surrounding attractions, which is very considerate.

The hotel is very close to Dukezong Ancient Town and very quiet. The hotel facilities look new and the sanitary conditions are acceptable. The hotel service is very good and the food provided for breakfast is OK. The boss enthusiastically sent double breakfast.

The service staff was very enthusiastic. We arrived late, so they upgraded our two rooms to suites. They were super large, with dry steam and mahjong tables. It was also very convenient to store luggage this morning. The plums and peaches for breakfast were especially delicious. They will also send us to the airport for free in the evening.

The hotel price is not enough for the hotel service. The service phone is not powered, there is no suitable plug in the room, and even charging the phone is a problem. The lights in the restroom and toilet are actually induction lights. I pulled them and waited for them to go out. It was pitch black. I needed to turn on the lights with voice control, and they went out again after a while. What kind of experience is this... I had to turn on and off the lights with voice control even when I was taking a ****. I was speechless. After a night, I didn't enter the water until after 5 o'clock the next day... It was supposed to be a Wyndham Hotel, but the water cups and towels in it were all configured by other hotels. The first night in Shangri-La was a super helpless night. I was tired enough, but the resting place was even more disappointing.

The room is clean, the service is good, the staff's attitude and smiling service are very good, it is worth staying for N times
