A ******* style accommodation run by a small Tibet family. They can speak English very well and easy to communicate. They provide free transport from Gina to the hotel (where bus usually stop).
The son, Tawa help to pickup us at the upper tiger leaping gorge scenic area and offer a brief stop at one of the view deck oversee the gorge. The owner even send us some fruits taken from her garden. We were very touched by the gesture.
We satisfied with all the services and amenities provided but little bit disappointed as we requested for corner room but got middle one instead. My sister stayed at the corner room before. So we really look forward for that. The view from our room is amazing. Very stunning! Every room got their own balcony but it’s too cold to go outside. Lamp didn’t function as well or maybe we can’t find the switch 😅
We were provided with simple breakfast before Tawa send us to Halfway Guest House. Baba bread is my favourite while my husband really love the sweet potatoes. Thank you so much. We enjoyed our stay here.

-The location is convenient, especially suitable for travelers who plan to go hiking in Zhonghutiao. The boss can arrange pick-up/carpooling, and also provide hiking suggestions and related information.
-The B&B has ******* characteristics. The rooms are clean and equipped with air conditioning and electric heating blankets. It is very warm to sleep at night. The room has an independent terrace, which is very comfortable to sit and watch the scenery. Thanks for being upgraded to a king bed room.
-The boss and his family are very hospitable (there is also a cute kitten). The breakfast and dinner cooked by the boss's wife are delicious. They are freshly cooked, so when you serve tea, they are hot and taste like home. A very humane inn, I will come again next time!

This inn is awesome! Good location, beautiful surroundings, clean and tidy rooms, warm and well-equipped facilities, the owner is hospitable, responsive, and will introduce fun places. Because I was traveling alone, I was not very clear about the hiking route of Tiger Leaping Gorge. After calling the boss, the boss arranged the most suitable hiking itinerary for me. I booked a shuttle bus ticket from Lijiang directly to the Middle Tiger Leaping Gorge, and then got off at the fork in the road of the Tea Horse Inn, and asked the driver to help send the luggage to the terminal Zhongxia Hotel. After that, I shared a car to the Tea Horse Station to start hiking. Because I was not in good physical condition, plus taking photos on the road and punching in the Halfway, it took me six hours to get to the Zhongxia Hotel. After picking up the luggage, I called the owner of the inn and asked him to pick me up (the pick-up was free). The first day was very easy, with basically no uphill, all flat roads and downhill.
