The hotel is in Dukezong Old town. It's easy to walk around. The car can park in front of Hotel.

Convenience accommodation. Love heating floor. Friendly host.

Wonderful experience. The location is perfect. In the heart of the Dukezong, and tucked in just outside the "noisy" part of the old town. We had a few hiccups the first day since the window was out of order filling the room with cold air. But the friendly and polite staff fixed it IMMEDIATELY and showed us that room has electric heaters inside the bed mattresses instead of floor heating. We're very thankful the staff let us check in earlier and leave the luggage in our room even though it was in the process of preparation and cleaning. In short: The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

The hotel it’s near the Shangri-la Ancient area, about 10 minutes walking, near the hotel has many different restaurant options. The room it’s fancy, it’s cheap fro the equipment and views that it has. The owner and the staff are really warm people. If you want rest assured you must book this hotel.

The location is in the ancient city, parking is convenient, and the facilities are manageable. However, I have to complain about the cleanliness. There are bytes in the drawer that previous guests noticed 😅 After staying in so many inns, this is my first negative review.

No one notified us, we didn’t even wash our faces, we called the boss and he told us that he had informed us yesterday that the water supply would be outage due to maintenance this morning! But when we went downstairs, people from other rooms came out to ask how to stop the water supply? There was no notice at all, and the breakfast shop opposite was also terrible, and the xiaolongbao were all frozen! Don't go to this breakfast shop! ! ! B&Bs should also pay attention to service. In fact, the environment is very good, but the service is too poor.
