Favorite hostel I’ve stayed at in China so far! The place is run by a hardworking couple, who are very flexible and helpful and speak good English. The husband was a mountain guide in the area, and helped me book and organize transportation and supplies for nearby treks. The wife is an amazing cook (the Korean dishes were especially tasty!) and manages the check in/out process smoothly. Both price and location are excellent, this is definitely the place to stay in Shangri La!

A very good international youth hostel. You can meet many foreign guests. The boss is Korean and a professional hiker. The boss's wife is a local from Shangri-La. The inn is very clean and the location is also very good. The transportation is convenient. You can take a taxi directly to the door of the inn. You can walk to the north gate of the ancient city and Sifang Street in 2 minutes. The inn has authentic Korean food, Western food, stone pot bibimbap and yak beef burgers are super delicious. I highly recommend it...

The trip to Shangri-La, the beautiful inn added a bit of comfort to the journey. In the evening, I like to sit on the balcony and watch the sky, which is blue and pure. The inn is super comfortable, clean and tidy. The proprietress is hospitable and cooks well. The stone pot bibimbap is delicious, and the yak burger is also delicious. I will definitely stay at Renhe Inn again if I have the chance to come again next time😬

A very Tibetan-style inn, clean and tidy. You can also meet many international friends, which is very interesting. The boss and his family are very nice and provided a lot of help. I had a very happy stay~ The only drawback is that if you are not lucky, it may be a bit noisy in the morning if you meet more enthusiastic guests 😂
