The hosts were very friendly and helped us with our luggages especially when we are travelling as a bunch of females.
Shangrila as a destination was amazing and the hotel is decently located right outside of 独克宗古城, a walking distance from one of the entrance with lots of shops.

It was my first time in Shangri-La. I specially chose a hotel close to Dukezong Ancient Town so that we could go out for a walk at night. The housekeeper was also very enthusiastic and would contact us in advance. He could also pick us up at the high-speed rail station for free. I like the room facilities. It was clean and hygienic. I had a good rest.
