首先，服務人員態度超級好。房間很舒服，很衞生，還能俯瞰香格里拉的市區。最後酒店包含的自助餐，太值了！如果能再來香格里拉，我還會選擇它。

設施：環境特別差，定的房間地板臟兮兮的特噁心，餐飲服務又差又不好吃，也沒啥可吃的，第二天退房時更離譜，亂收費明明沒做的項目她們給你亂加，經此一次再也不會去，這麼差勁的地方👎也不建議大家去
