Very good location. Just under 10mins ride from the railway station. Customer service is top notch. Booked one of the cabins which is furthest away. Experienced some water heater issue otherwise all good

The accommodation was easily the best one we've stayed in. The staff's service was impeccable. Not only do they provide breakfast and supper, they also provided laundry and transfer services as well. The room was excellent - spacious yet cozy with a romantic view overlooking the meadows that makes us regret staying for just a single night. In addition, the animals (baby goats, dogs, ducks, reindeers, llama etc.) coupled with the photoshoot package made the experience even more worthwhile.

The hotel is good, clean and peaceful, all the staff is friendly and take of us all the time. The animal is so cute. Must try hotel in Shangri-la

Location was great & place is very peaceful. All the hotel staffs were really helpful and tried their best to help us. We got very bad altitude sickness & they gave us ibuprofen. Unfortunately it wasnt very effective & we had to cut our trip short.

Loveee this hotel. The staffs are nice, the room is nice the facilities are all nice. Love the location as well. Its been my dream to slow living at farmstay and this hotel realized my dreammm. Hotel is close to the famous kdrama the hei dou Just one thing, i think the breakfast is a bit bland, especially for those who vege, quite bland. Also, just one more question. In amenities you stated baby slipper, also kids bathrobe. But when i ask the staff, they mention there is no such thing. So disappointed. Other than that, all nice

They have 3 very cute alaskan dogs, 2 ponies, some sheeps and ducks. Recommended to stay for at least 2 nights!

Come to Shangri-La again for a window🏄🏻♂️ Xinsu seems to be a place where I want to stay again three, four, five, six, seven or eight times after staying there once! As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt like I was home. After I walked to the room, I didn’t want to go out anymore. I just wanted to spend my time here! Lying on the sofa and looking at the scenery outside the window, I just want to say, ah, that’s enough🥹🥹🥹 Everyone here is nice and seems to have enough enthusiasm here. It is natural and free, simple and warm🫶🏻 The little animals are also doing well. I met Xiaoqi who can turn his belly~I met the three big ones who quarreled with the deer~I met the little Bieba who occupied the seat🐑 When leaving, everyone said not goodbye, but see you next time. Well, see you next time! I took countless photos to record the moments that made me feel worthy of existence. My eyes record what I feel, and my lens records what I see.

A small hotel with a magnificent view. Mountain views in the back and cute animals. Just lying down and watching is the best relaxation. The staff is good and attentive. Throughout the stay, milk, snacks, and coffee are provided all day. Even after I checked out, there were snacks to take home.
