昨天凌晨十二點多入住酒店，首先酒店停車不方便，需要走一段時間，入住辦理和退房服務一般，房間布草不乾淨，浴巾都是成白色變成灰色，而且都有零碎的線頭，衞生質量不合格，位置也不好，房間入住一夜都是風機咣噹咣噹的聲音，因為入住比較晚，洗漱後都凌晨一點多，睡到3點多被房間窗外的平台風機吵醒，一夜沒睡，本來開了一天的車就很累的，在加上噪音聲音忍了一夜，早上7點電話投訴到前台，前台並未給出解決處理問題的方案，置之不理，等到我9點退房再次到前台，前台已電話的方式聯繫所謂的“店長”，店長稱為什麼到現在才投訴，搞得我好像在説慌一下，酒店自己的房型設備，自己應該很清楚，揣着明白裝糊塗，還指責我為什麼第一時間不打電話給前台投訴，而是退房才來説，首先表明，我們本來入住的時間都晚，開了一天的車，真的很累，行李也很多，搬來搬去很麻煩，前台明知道自己的房型有問題，為什麼第一時間不提醒客人？我想不是我一個人進行投訴了吧，那個風機是酒店的設備無法進行解決，酒店心裏比誰都清楚，是不是在辦理入住的時候，要提醒一下客人，房間的缺陷！還不是指責客人！酒店在問題處理上也沒有積極的解決，還想用100元的補償金，讓我把訂單刪除無法點評，這個是我接受不了的，真是的點評因為被大家知曉，而且點評與不點評是消費者的權益，不應該道德綁架，所以大家在選擇的時候一定要慎重！避雷！（附視頻）

國慶經過紹興，臨時起意停留一天，酒店也沒啥可選，想着曼居至少也是品牌酒店，不至於太差，結果…
1.門口環境臟亂差，地磚都是破爛的
2.前台小姑娘穿睡褲
3.房間衞生間是暗衞，味道非常大
4.水槽又堵又漏，邊洗邊漏
5.紗窗全是灰
哎，一言難盡，畢竟是品牌連鎖酒店，真的有待提升，平時1.2百的房間，國慶也是漲價到千把塊的
